ASCO pressure and temperature switches are a range of miniature to industrial size switches designed to signal when process media reaches a set point of pressure or temperature. The transducer will operate a mechanical snap switch when the set point has been reached, and will reset when the process media conditions drop below the dead band. Options include fixed or adjustable dead band and a wide range of set points of vacuum to 8000 psi and temperatures of -60º to 640ºF (-51º to 337ºC).

The temperature of an object is generally described by the relative "Hot" or "Cold" feeling of the item. Winters sensitive temperature sensor designed to transmit an electronic signal to a remote location. Available with a NEMA 4 Stainless Steel or Aluminum heads. Winters utilizes platinum resistance elements (wire-wound) which are supported by a high temperature glass adhesive inside ceramic tube providing stability, repeatability and accuracy. 316 stainless steel probe. Series 659 temperature transmitters accept thermocouple (J, K, T), RTD (Pt100Ω) or thermistor input and provide a linearized 4 to 20mA output. The transmitter is quickly ranged and calibrated by using a single on-board switch. An LED provides visual indication of the sensor fault and programming mode. Models feature reverse polarity protection. Thermocouples models are also galvanically isolated and cold junction compensated. The compact transmitter can be mounted directly within any standard thermal head for connection to the sensor. The series 659 transmitters are ideal for temperature measurement in boilers, burners, ducts, furnaces, refrigeration systems, food processing, tanks, chemical processing, steam generators or any other process application.

These corrosion resistant units are constructed from stainless steel and are hermetically sealed to prevent crystal fogging. The bimetal element directly drives pointer, eliminating gears and linkage. An external reset screw allows field calibration and easy-to-read aluminum dial minimizes parallax error. Choose back connection, lower connection or adjustable angle for easy viewing and installation. Adjustable models can be rotated a full 360° and tilted over a 180° arc. NOTE: When using in pressurized applications, use a suitable thermowell.
